I am pregnant with twins from IVF. I used this site to plan my wedding last year on 12/7/03, the SNOWSTORM weekend. I am now searching for a place to have my baby shower. Where did you all have your bridal showers, anywhere interesting , fun and delicious that you can recommend? Since i had a winter wedding, I would love to enjoy a summer time baby shower.

What type of place are you looking for? Outdoors or indoors?

I would love outdoors since I am still traumatized by having my wedding the weekend of the worst snow storm of last winter!

I had my shower at the Pine Grove Inn in Patchogue. It was really nice and the food was great. They made menus up. I know they have a tent where they have outside parties. I would definitely recommend them if you are from Suffolk.

Thank you. I need to keep in in Nassau or western suffolk. I was going to look at Louies in Port Washington on the water, I have never eaten there. I had my bridal shower at Adirondack Grill in GLen Cove, very wintery and cozy, but not great for a summer event

Mine was at the 7th Street Cafe in Garden City, it was very nice. I was at one at Pompeii in West Hempstead the other day which was also very nice.
