Is anyone else worried about the bachelor party? I have heard SO MANY bad things (guys having sex with strippers or other sexual things.) I feel like everyone thinks I am crazy for worrying.
When I heard that @@#@#@ was getting married, my first thoughts turned to the Bachelor Party! Visions of drunken Mexican women and donkeys danced through my head. Tequila with worms, cheap fish tacos, bad water, cigarettes and me complaining that my ******* hurt to some guy named Paco who can't speak a word of English...but he stands there with a broken smile as if he knows what happened to me the previous night, because after the fourteenth tequila shot, I can't remember a thing.
sometimes I think it is more for the friends than the groom!! lol like Very Bad Things (which is just a movie - remember that)

Re: Bachelor Party
jvs made some good points. I have to agree with you there. This is how you 'celebrate' getting married?! Makes no sense to me.....
Like kdelace, I've been on the inside, and I've seen things that I shouldn't have seen, so this makes me biased. Also, I work with alot of guys. Again, I have alot of information, and it makes me a bit queasy, to say the least!
That said, my FI is going to Vegas for a week. I don't know how I'm going to deal with it to be honest.

Re: Bachelor Party
My opinion is that if you are worried about it, tell your FI and any man that respects his soon to be wife will respect her and her fears(even if they are bogus) and not have the type of bachelor party that she may be worried about. Some girls are so afraid about being a nag or 'controlling' that they put their FI and their friends sense of having a good time before themselves. Sorry, but I just don't agree with that. Guys can have a good time without going to a strip club or something related. I think the whole thing is ridiculous. I don't get the whole 'one last night out' thing. Are they never going out again after the wedding? Any strip club visits or the like should be over the day you ASKED me to be your wife, not the day I become your wife.
