This is just my opinion but I think they should be seperate.
This is a tradition that I would like to follow, I want my girl time and I am sure fh wants his guy time

Re: Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
I think it would be fun to have them together but I think FH would want to have his alone with his guys.

Re: Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
I plan on keeping them separate - but I am hoping to have them on the same day so I am out partying and not worrying about how many boobies FH's groomsmen are making him look at

Re: Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
We are most likely not doing one at all, but if we do, it will be dinner and a bar with some friends. 4 people in out BP live out of state and 2 of my girls have kids and its not easy to get out for a night.
We are older though so we had our fun. We find it more fun to kick back at a local bar or something.

Re: Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
While we did them separately because it's like a rite of passage, we had them ont he same night so we weren't constantly thinking about what each other was doing. We couldn't wait to come home to each other and when we were both home, we sat at the kitchen table eating a snack and telling each other all about our nights. It was really nice actually.

Re: Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
I personally prefer separate...ive said many times that for alot of related things it gets hectic and you dont have personal time with your girls...Showers you have to mingle, if you had an e-party same thing, and the wedding again will be the same thing...I think it will be great to have that time with JUST the girls, if FH is there youll pay attention to him too much and its not your undivided attention.

Re: Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
We're having ours on the same night, but we're not going to be together. He'll be with the guys and I'll be with the ladies. This is our preference though. My friend did a jack & jill party and it was a lot of fun.
