How far in advance from your wedding is your party??

My Bachlorette party is this weekend (FH is having his too) and the wedding is a month from tomorrow so usually about 4 weeks away. You don't want it too far away unless you're traveling and you don't want it too close to the wedding (need time to recover)

FW and I are having ours the same day a week before the wedding. But we're also moving back home the month before the wedding, so it had to be that weekend...

We are doing it about 4-5 weeks before, we are ging to the Hamptons so either 08/25 or Labor day weekend. FH is doing his the same day.

FH and I are actually 2 weeks before the wedding getting all dressed up and going out together for a night out. Just us, dependiong on our fiannced at that point we might be getting a lil limo totake us around.,

Hate to say it but I am really looking forward to ours.

had mine this past weekend and the wedding is the first week of June. We had to do it that week b/c all of our friends are away at school.

We are probably doing it like 6-8 weeks before, b/c I would like to go to Montauk or Fire Island and I would like it to be warm(but with the weather these days who knows)
