Bachelorette Party ???

Ok, ladies. So, it turns out Cancun is way too expensive for the bachelorette party. My question is what do you all think about Miami instead?

I'm looking to spend some time on the beach or poolside, go to clubs and dance at night, and possibly a spa one day. Where would you go?

Thanks Barb! I was just going to FM and ask you this too. Probably 3 or 4 days, either Jan over MLK day; Feb. over President's weekend, or first weekend in April over Spring Break. I have a lot of BMs who are teachers!

we pretty much just decided on sunday. def going to nikki beach, wet willies. probably staying in the strip : )

Sounds good. I've never been down there, so I need help.

Miami is one of my favorite places... and would be great for a bachelorette party... but when i've gone, it's always been more expensive than Cancun and we've spent alot more money on food/drinks/bars/club covers/etc because Miami hotels are not all inclusive.... i don't mean to discorage you, but have you priced it out? An all inclusive in cancun may ultimately be cheaper than South Beach.

ETA: If you go, you have to go to Wet Willy's for frozen drinks and have a 'call a cab'

Good point. Barb is pricing it out for me and got a deal for $136 on hotel split btw. the girls and $239 on flights. The airfare alone to Cancun was btw. $330 - $400.

i agree dont wanna be a debby downer but our bill at nikki beach was A LOT, like if i remember correctly around 700 and that was for 5 girls and only 1 bottle and with lunch.

i think cancun would be cheaper since there are all inlcusive hotels

we're planning on going to cabo and so far with air and hotel and all inclusive package ive seen prices around 650 pp

i can prob find cancun deals,too


and ftlauderdale is prob half price of south beach...

Hmmm... I looked at the hotel you said for Hollywood, FL too which looked sweet. Everything for Cancun seemed to be $650 and up for the all-inclusive places. How's Ft. Lauderdale?

in all honesty... u can spend as little or as much as you want on meals. no1 HAS to go buy bottles at clubs or eat caviar off of Rico Suaves butt cheecks (lol i duno?) u can have decent meals.. and just lay on the beach and the trip will cost u under 500.

all inclusive i found as little *** liek 570.. but what if the food scks? the good places are 670+
