I was ACTUALLY thinking about Miami as well! My MOH's wanted to go to Vegas but 3 our of 7 of my BP are getting married next year, 1 is in grad school, 1 MOH just got married this year, and 1 lost her job a couple of months ago so that just won't work. HAHA! I told my MOH (FSIL) to look into the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fl (it's an adult's Disneyworld!). It's AWESOME!!!!! I'm a gambler, and so is everyone else, otherwise I'd be heading to Miami!

i am looking into punta cana and puerto plata right now. punta cana's around 700 for 3 nights (all inclusive) and pp not sure yet. but at least ill know im not going to be spending any $ while im there.

I've been to Punta Cana and Puerto Plata three times total. I love DR. I'd highly recommend Punta Cana over Puerto Plata. The beaches are MUCH nicer. If you're looking into Punta Cana - check out Melia Caribe Tropical! LOVE THAT PLACE!

thanks for the suggestion. ive been to both too, but for my BParty i decided to go economical (which i beleive would be PP even though i prefer PC). the beaches are sooo much better in PC!
