and wish we were still in europe. We had the most amazing time, best vacation ever. Barcelona is such a beautiful city, the food was so good and the people were all so nice. Despite the euro its actually affordable too, we were pleasantly surprised with that. Meals were not alot at all and everything in general. Monaco was gorgeous, the place is so clean and just amazing, the food was amazing but it is a bit expensive but luckily barcelona wasnt so it evened out a bit lol. Everyone was real nice there too. In monaco I had the best pasta ive ever had, best ice cream, best pastries, french fries, panini and just food in general. Its funny though because most of the people there were italian and we felt as if we were in the italian riviera instead lol. Everywhere we went there were italians all around us. Also alot of english and german tourists, and some americans, saw alot of young americans there.
Before the honeymoon DH didn't have much of an interest in going to europe. I was a bit nervous about him liking it, i kept saying once he got there i know he'll like it but still was nervous. Well even i was surprised with how much he loved it, he was saying he wanted to move to europe lol, even now he tells everyone how its so different and such a different lifestyle, alot more laid back. He even asked me if i would consider moving there for a year hahahahahaha its histerical to me. We both honestly were so sad to leave we didnt want to come home yet.
I put up alot of pics on myspace, theres 301 of them hahaha. I know some don't have myspace, so ill upload the pics on LIW another time sorry.

The architecture is amazing...everything is so beautiful! OMG, the hotel in Monaco is gorgeous! You both take such nice pictures...I swear, you're such a cute couple! I LOVE all of your outfits! I guess they were the shots in Monaco...you both look soo nice...I love the way you both look in the picture where you have your hair pulled back. Your husband is always dressed so nice too whatever he is wearing. I'm so glad you both had such an amazing trip!

Wow, anyone else who is going to either of these places for your honeymoon, what an amazing trip you'll have! I've always heard Spain was gorgeous.

it is so beautiful and cant believe how clean everything is hahaha. Since its all hills too they have under passes and over passes everywhere, the pic of the water taken from behind a fence was on a street, to get there from our hotel we saw signs for the shopping area, followed it and ended up what looked like a building, then took the elevator to that street level. Its funny too bc there are NO traffic lights and no walk signs for pedestrians, at the corner of each street theres walkways for pedestrians and its right of way for us. I was scared at first but dh kept saying just go lol, and everyone does stop for you haha

denise, joe is wearing that tie again in one of the pictures! i actually bought it (the grey check tie) for FH for his birthday - he is going to wear it for the wedding!
you guys looked great! you must have had such a great trip! my FILS are going to europe in september to visit FHs aunt in italy but they are also going to be doing some traveling - i bet they are going to want to move there too! FHs aunt always tells us we need to move there because its so beautiful! glad to see you had a good time!

oh the grey burberry one right hahahaha yeah he also has a cranberry one and wore it one night but in monaco men dont really wear ties, they wear suits with button downs mostly so once we got out he took it off hahaha. Good that you found it
yeah its just so different, even in barcelona which is a big city with LOTS of tourists, its still laid back...it also didnt get dark in spain until 9:30-10pm, people really enjoy themselves

we were told you had to dress up for the casinos so we got all dressed up. It was mixed though, some dressed up and others had jeans and shirts and stuff but we had fun dressing up lol. Also its funny bc in monaco all you see is older men with younger women dressed in tiny little skirts and dresses. ALso in both spain and monaco, every single night in the hotel lobby there were prostitutes, they sit down and have a drink and wait for men to come to them, but every single night

yeah its like oh wow the french do cook well and i found it funny that french fries are actually big in france, i thought they would refuse to make them...in the lounge at the hotel late at night EVERYONE only ate cheeseburgers and fries hahaha. But everything i had there was the best of everything ive ever had.

it was and seafood was so fresh. My favorites though were the croquettes, octopus, shrimp in oil and garlic sauce. Every cafe had this as their tapas options and i would have it all the time. Its good too bc we would get about 4-5 tapas, and each thing was about $3-5 euro each on average, some tapas about $7-10 so spain was very affordable

we thought so too, and yeah some dressed up although most women my age were showing everything lol. But alot of tourists from germany, england, sweden didnt really dress up that much. Then there were tour groups of americans and many from the south and they didnt dress up that much either. Im glad though that i didnt dress too sexy bc i didnt want to be confused for a gold digger or prostitute which ppl would think since theres so many
i dont know about high priced, well im sure they charged alot but the first night in spain they looked so horrible and ghetto. Another night 1 was actually ok and dressed nice. In monaco there were 2 with this older man, one was dressed so trashy and did have a nice body but horrible face but her friend was beautiful, and the others were eh. But on the streets or in restaurants men who dated younger women and were with them mostly were with these very tall beautiful women.
