Back from honeymoon UPDATED W PICS ON PG 2 and 3 & VIDEO in OP

and wish we were still in europe. We had the most amazing time, best vacation ever. Barcelona is such a beautiful city, the food was so good and the people were all so nice. Despite the euro its actually affordable too, we were pleasantly surprised with that. Meals were not alot at all and everything in general. Monaco was gorgeous, the place is so clean and just amazing, the food was amazing but it is a bit expensive but luckily barcelona wasnt so it evened out a bit lol. Everyone was real nice there too. In monaco I had the best pasta ive ever had, best ice cream, best pastries, french fries, panini and just food in general. Its funny though because most of the people there were italian and we felt as if we were in the italian riviera instead lol. Everywhere we went there were italians all around us. Also alot of english and german tourists, and some americans, saw alot of young americans there.

Before the honeymoon DH didn't have much of an interest in going to europe. I was a bit nervous about him liking it, i kept saying once he got there i know he'll like it but still was nervous. Well even i was surprised with how much he loved it, he was saying he wanted to move to europe lol, even now he tells everyone how its so different and such a different lifestyle, alot more laid back. He even asked me if i would consider moving there for a year hahahahahaha its histerical to me. We both honestly were so sad to leave we didnt want to come home yet.

I put up alot of pics on myspace, theres 301 of them hahaha. I know some don't have myspace, so ill upload the pics on LIW another time sorry.

Hope all the rest of the may brides had amazing weddings and cant wait to see your pics

we thought so too, and yeah some dressed up although most women my age were showing everything lol. But alot of tourists from germany, england, sweden didnt really dress up that much. Then there were tour groups of americans and many from the south and they didnt dress up that much either. Im glad though that i didnt dress too sexy bc i didnt want to be confused for a gold digger or prostitute which ppl would think since theres so many

i dont know about high priced, well im sure they charged alot but the first night in spain they looked so horrible and ghetto. Another night 1 was actually ok and dressed nice. In monaco there were 2 with this older man, one was dressed so trashy and did have a nice body but horrible face but her friend was beautiful, and the others were eh. But on the streets or in restaurants men who dated younger women and were with them mostly were with these very tall beautiful women.

I'm not really too surprised about women there showing so much. Ha, you're funny, but smart to have not dressed too sexy! If some of them were that skanky, they may have gone for you first! Not too surprised either about older men with younger women.

yeah not too surprised about the older men with younger women, just was surprised in the casinos expect everyone dresses real nice but saw alot with just barely there dresses lol

You two look absolutely wonderful!

And your *DH* reminds me so much of mine - I mean in every way they are polar opposites but I mean whereever we go - he turns into a 'local.' it is the funniest thing. Last time he left Florida, we stopped at 'his' place to get Cuban coffee and Cuban Sandwiches and the guys that hang out there all knew him . . . its hysterical. He even wanted to buy a Hawaiian shirt to fit in with all the Cuban guys!!!! So when I saw the pictures of 'Euro Joe' I cracked up!!

Also, about the sitting and drinking. My brother, sister and I totally forgot about that so when my cousin visited we went to Starbucks - my brother, sister and I ordered and started to walk outside but my cousin from Sicily went and found a table and sat down. We all kind of stood around the table looking at him before deciding to sit down - it was such an awkward moment bc we had so much to show him we couldnt understand why he would sit to drink his coffee!

hahaha that is so funny, i guess they dont like to look like tourists. But yeah Joe can pass for alot of things so he gets lucky with that. He got so excited when they have him a flyer to learn english i would take pics all the time and he would say that now we look like tourists bc of me hahahaha

its so true though. One day we bought redbulls and walked with it and i said oh wow NOBODY else has a drink in their hand, and then i remembered that ppl stop at cafes to have soda even a bottle of water they stop to drink it. When we were at cafes at joe saw that he thought it was so weird. But then after we'd go on our walks, he'd say oh lets stop and have a Fanta which he now loves. I had a fanta one day with our meal and told him to try it and since then he drank it everyday even coming home he was like we need to get fanta ...your cousin probably thought you were all weird for wanting to walk with your coffee
