bad drivers......and my poor CAR , not a good few days(long)

the other day I went out to my car and notice the right corner of my bumber was all scratched up someone did a bang-up job on it in a parking lot I'm guessing.

then on Sunday my mom and I were on Old Country Rd. in Westbury in the left lane of traffic and someone came out of nowwhere from the right lane and drove across all three lanes of traffice virtually perpendicular and almost took of the front of my car and then drove across the 3 lanes of oncoming traffic. I ='m not sure how she made it across all 6 lanes -- she almost totaled my car and missed my inches. she scared the living crap out of me

and tonight topped it off. it must have been strike 3 I was leaving FH at our apartment to head home to my parents house. minding my business in the left lane of Larkfield Rd. and I signal and move to the left lane and the car next to me on my left now just got into the right lane and I'm guessing didn't see me, but he said he thought I was turning. my signal went off -- never assume -- there was NO time to react and he hit my car. it was bound to happen with the few days I had. so now my driver's side front wheel is all banged up. GRRRRR!!!!

I must have had a sign on my car somewhere I couldn't see that said 'Try and hit me if you can'

I hate dealing with stuff like this -- who needs the stress?? I can't take it

Ugh! Sweetie that $ucks!! At least you are ok. Insurance will handle that... I hate when people don't pay attention while driving!!

That stinks. I'm sorry. Hopefully you have gotten past that bit of bad car karma and nothing else will happen.

wish me luck -- the guy told me to call him this morning and he would take care of it. I am going to try and call him before I leave for my internship. he doesn't want to deal with insurance. he saind didn't care about his car, it wasn't in great shape. he also said he worked at a body shop so we'll see.

but if I went through insurance I'd get a rental car paid for while it's being fixed. we'll see. grrr!!!
