Bad Experience with Elegant Weddings Plus
I just wanted to warn anyone who orders from Elegant*Weddings*Plus*com to be careful.
I had a problem with shipping with something I ordered. After asking questions about why I didnt receive a package after 3 weeks and getting no where, I asked for the name of the CEO and address to write a letter to explain why I was dissatisfied with my service from the company. I was told they aren't allowed to give it out and I should look on the website. I asked again and she said look on the website and I asked if she refused to give it to me? and then she hung up on me. When I called back the other 'supervisor' told me that she did that because I was rude. So I asked if she was calling me rude and she said no, the person would only hang up on people if they are rude.
I've never in my life had any customer service rep hang up on me. If someone who worked for my company ever said that to anyone on the phone they would be fired!!
p.s. there is no adddress on their website and no name of the owner of the business there either. the only way to contact them is through the website... a little shady if you ask me!
