Bad morning

Had a really bad morning. Still having a hard time. I found one of our rabbits dead this morning. He was only 3 and they are supposed to live like 10 years. It was even harder when I saw the other one licking him. They were best friends. I don’t know if we should get another one or just let it be. The other one we have is only 2 and I feel sorry for him.

So sorry to hear about your bunny. The same exact thing happened to my rabbit last October. She was fine one night, and then became very still and wasn't eating, by the next day when I came home from work, she had died. I cried my eyes out, and still to this day, want to know why it happened. She was only 3 also. I also thought that they lived for 10+ years.

My FH wanted to buy me another one to make me happy, but I really didn't want one. Because she died so suddenly, I would always be afraid the same thing would happen again.

Just try to think of the good memories...
