Bad News Girls....

FH and I have decided to cancel our wedding.
This has been a very rough time for me...but I'm finally starting to feel some closure.
We tried everything we could do to save our relationship, but realized that we were only staying together b/c we were so comfortable with eachother. We're highschool sweethearts and alot has changed since we were 17.
Now I'm going into the real world and I guess I'll try dating (I've never really been a date before in my whole life)
In a way I'm excited and hopeful. I know that I will find someone out there who is PERFECT for me. I want a happy marraige and a happy life.

Thank you girls for always keeping my hopes up. It was wonderful to get to know all of you and good luck with all of your weddings. I'll quietly pop in next year to see pics of all of you at your weddings!

I am so sorry you had to go through this. But you seem to be at peace with the decision -- and I am sure it was the best one for you. Who knows...maybe after you both date around -- you might wind up back together. It happened to my sister -- and she ended up marrying her high school boyfriend. I think they just both needed to get out there to realize it was meant to be. Good luck!
