That stinks! I think that might be the place that gave me a free trial certificate. Gotta look into that when when I get home - if it is, I may have to chuck it!

That is horrible!!! But you should have taken a picture to look back at and laugh someday!!! I'm hoping that all of these little horror stories we have from wedding planning end up making us laugh down the road!!!

oooh i would have loved to see these pics! LOL they sound veryyyyy interesting!! i feel like ive heard from too many girls who had the free GC that it came out horrible... i gave mine away a while ago bc i just couldnt be bothered guess i did the right thing!

yeah, I had a similar experience when I went there.
I walked out with a Bee hive (seriously, after telling her I didnt want height)
Half the curls had fallen by the time she had finished the curling my hair, and through the experience she kept telling me
you need highlights, she could make an appointment, did I want to make an appointment to come in to get my hair cut since it needed shaping, are you sure you don't want highlights? well what about low lights to give your hair some dimension, oh its a shame you arent getting your makeup done today, you realy would look so much better....
