Hey Ladies,

I am trying to plan my LI Wedding from out of state and I was wondering if any of you had a contact for a good AFFORDABLE bagpiper.

All the companies I have researched online are coming back with outrageous quotes and I only need a bagpiper for half an hour.

My FH and I are getting married at the Woodbury Country Club and I would love to surprise him and his family with a bagpiper playing at the conclusion of our ceremony. I will need someone for about half an hour to add this special touch to our wedding day. My goal is to add special small surprises during our wedding day to reflect our different cultures.

Planning from out of state is so so so hard but I hope that some of you can help me with my search. If any of you have recommendations or even a friend or family member that would be willing to play for half an hour I would be forever grateful...crossing my fingers.

Someone gave me the site Side Gig - it's a site for cops and firemen (I think) to post side jobs. I got my bagpiper off the Side Gig site. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't as expensive as some of the other quotes I received.

It's pretty good for a lot of other services too!
