Has anyone had or thought about having their wedding at Bailey Arboretum in Lattington on the North Shore? I'm considering having that be the location for my wedding next year but don't have any information. I've called and e-mailed them but have yet to hear back. Any and all information would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Bailey Arboretum
This blog has information about it, it looks lovely!
I visited it in person and it's really nice but I ended up not booking there. All the costs start to add up, you need to use their outside caterer and I wanted ceremony at same place but if it rained that day not sure what the back up would be.

Re: Bailey Arboretum
I just had my wedding reception at Bailey this summer and I cannot say enough good things about it. Because I wanted an outdoor reception on Long Island I visited every vineyard out east and was completely unimpressed. I was blow away by the beauty and charm of this estate. The site fee is very affordable but planning a big (by big I mean 150 people, which is the max) wedding there is a lot of work (but totally worth it!) you have to bring in all rentals, catering and the tent (if your having an outside reception) and you have to work with their vendors for rentals and catering. The music must be off by 11pm on the dot or the neighbors get mad, so I worked with a DJ who had done weddings there in the past and they were great as well. The Bailey staff and their vendors bent over backwards to help achieve my vision for the day.
We had our cocktail hour in the house and then dinner and dancing in the tent, we even set up our bars outside. If it rained they could have brought everything in the tent (which had walls and would have been protected from the rain) or in the house which seats 100 people i believe.
I can't say enough good things about the experience. Its such a unique place. Your guests will LOVE it!
