Bake Sale

So my office is having a bake sale as a fundraiser (how middle school!!) and I'm making some Royal Raspberry Bars and chocolate chip cookies & Snickerdoodles.

Since we're all busy collecting our recipes for our cookbook, does anyone have handy some knockout dessert recipes that I can make tonight or tomorrow? I love baking but I don't want anyone to hate what I make especially if they're 'buying' it!

I made these monstrosities a few nights ago and let me tell you.... YUM!!! My dad always 'rates' my baking for me (I bake a lot, he eats it a lot... it's a good way of knowing what came out good lol) and he gave them a 9.9 out of 10. And he has had his fair share of cookies!!! I used less chocolate chips and I found they did require a bit longer to bake than they indicated... just watch them til the bottoms are golden. They look so gooooood when they're all done because they're really quite substantial looking!
