Which one are you doing and why

Fiance wants DJ and I want a band. At first he was fine with it but after a wedding we went to last week he liked hearing the actual songs

HELP
how do i convince him to go with a band

Ok so I definitely love bands....but...I love dj's because they play the actual songs...some songs just can't be imitated...they will never be the same...
bands do cost more.......which is a biggie
but our main thing was replication...I like baby got back and no band can redo it!!!!
also..i love the intensity of an mc and how they get everyone involved..its a little more fun and relaxed..JMO

We never even considered having a band. We both prefer DJ. We are using live music for CH and ceremony though.

well I was orignially all DJ and FH was all Band .. then we went to a showcase and I was blown away by the Band and said ok their it, then we went up for the price and both looked at each other and said ok DJ it is... $7000 wayyyyy tooo much .. if you can afford it great.. but for most people like us its great but a DJ is just as good and we love our DJ so it evened out. happy planning
