How much are you paying for your band? Does it include cocktail and ceremony music too????

I found that bands ranged in price from $7,000 to $20,000 depending on what night you want and what you want included. Some included all music others did not.
My band is on the more expensive side and it does include pianist in the lobby 1/2 hour before ceremony, pianist and flutist for ceremony, Jazz trio for cocktail hour and 11-piece band.
I think there were a few bands I heard of under $7k, but I would be hesitant.

my band is very pricey. It includes the CH music and the reception. 11 pieces with 5 singers and a pianist for the CH
There are so many bands out there, i'm sure you can find someone great in your price range (whatever it might be) Check out Franklin Wayne Bands. They are AWESOME

my band is around $5,500-6000. i can't remember if they are a 5 or 6 piece band. they offered to do the ceremony music for me since they will be there setting up anyway. i've heard them play at my cousin's wedding and love them.

My band is $6,500 It is a 9 piece band and will not be playing at the CH.

The Projekt! I think their prices range from $6300- $8k+ depending on how many pieces you want....they would have played my CH but Pat Davis was kind enough to donate his services as a prize for TWOTY and I was lucky enough to win!

My band is Timepiece from Franklin Wayne. Thank goodness my mom is picking up the tab on this one...but I think she is paying between about $7,000 for a nine piece band. They will have a pianist to play during my cocktail hour. FH and I are still undecuded about V. hour and if I want the band for that, it is an extra $800 dollars!! But they are worth every penny. I wouldn't go with anyone else!!
