Band question

Hi everyone- I'm pretty new to the site and have posted a few times. I am always reading how helpful you are to each other so I'm hoping someone can help me out as well.

I am looking for bands for my wedding. Has anyone used or heard the Heartbeat Dance Band or JK Entertainment? Just looking for some opinions on either. Or other suggestions for a fun, upbeat band. Thanks!!

Re: Band question

We just ARCADIA from LIPARAMOUNT. It was an 8 piece band and they were reasonably priced.

They were incredile. Everyone was dancing all night long. They learned a good amount of songs for me. I'm a Huge Bon Jovi fan and they learned Born to be my Baby and Have a nice day. Plus they dedicated Midnight Train to George to me, b/c it is one of my favorite songs which they also had to learn.

You should look into them :)

We went with DJ, but we were SO close to going with The Mystic. They play in Freeport at Hudon and McCoy's a lot... and they did my maid of honor's wedding. They're GREAT!

We booked arcadia, Go see them in a showcase, they are a wedding band , not a 'bar' band,, Awsome, they sound incredibel, & as far as band prices go , they are worth every penny

Interesting....I prefer a bar band. They know how to please a crowd and they have so much personality!

I guess its a matter of preference , if you saw the wedding bands you'd see a difference, to me they seem more professional & they have great personality as well.. Its mater of preference I worked in bars for years bartending & so thats why i favored the band as opposed to the DJ... Godd luck with yoru choices

Both Kerie and I had Niteflight and I know from my own personal experience that it was a pleasure dealing with the band, their repertoire was tremendous and each performer/musician was polished, professional and full of life. They really made my party. They have been playing weddings for years and use the bar/clubs to try out new material and get their performance tighter. (This is what I learned from the bandleader) DH and I have become tremendous fans of the band as you may know already.
