Banquet Manager
Called our venue to speak with our banquet manager today... was on hold for 5 minutes and then told he no longer works there. Was never notified! Called about 3 weeks ago to make an appt with him for our menu selection appointment and again wasn't told he didn't work there. Sent him an e-mail last week, it was never returned to sender.
I am writing a complaint letter because I think this is so unprofessional. The venue always made sure to send me the payment due letters but they can't inform me that we will be getting a new BM. The best part is that when I called earlier, I spoke to 2 different people about getting a new banquet manager and received two totally different answers.
