I have heard all these great things about them...so went today...and seriously couldnt have been more disappointed.
I couldnt get anyone to help me. When I finally did, the girl was so nasty. I tried on 4 headbands...and when i asked to see the first two again she got angry and said I already saw them. I explained that I wanted to see them again to compare...she practically threw them on the counter.
I dont care how reasonable they are...I'd rather pay $400 for a headpiece than give them my business.

I'll be honest, I didn't have a greatt experience there either. Went there w a friend that's also getting married and they were rude and quoted us very high. There wasn't a man when I went there. I got my veil for cheaper a Lilette's.

i have dealt with 2 diff women there , never the guy. first time i went was a thurs night, i was th eonly one there and she was sooo helpful. i went back on a saturday and they were a lil grumpy. only thing i can say is that on the weekends they are realllly busy and i can see them getting ancy and overwhelmed. its better to go on a thurs or fri night ....

I only left dealt with the man and he was sooo helpful. It was a Saturday and I had to wait, but I was glad I did. He gave me a free garter with my purchase.

the 1st time i went there i had a similar experience. there were all these brides and their moms elbowing me out of the way and we waited forever for the lady to be unhelpful. then i went back and specifically waited for they guy to ask about a veil. it was totally worth it!!
