BBB (Better Business Bureau) HELP!

Okay, so I am a pen away from booking a videographer, who is a LIW vendor and I figured I would check them out on BBB, as I do with all vendors, and they have an F rating!!!
What does this mean??!?! Honestly, It scares me away a bit. FH says 'oh, you have to take it with a grain of salt..there are people out there that you just cant please and all they do is complain' and I was like 'Well, maybe I'm that person!!!' hahahaaa... All kidding aside though... BBB only gives so much detail..so what do you suggest? This is a huge BUMMER!!!

umm, red flag! i would prob book elsewhere.

I would check other sources as well. Try yelp or just googling the vendor's name and 'complaints' to see what comes up.
I have known BBB to give 'A' ratings to bad vendors.

I have seen a few Limo vendors with a horrrrific rep having an 'A' rating on BBB...

That just means no one bothered to complain. They could still suck!

An F rating means they have lots of complaints the vendor never resolved.
