did anyone else have problems with them?? They didnt take things people bought off the registry. I got 3 crockpots! just got one in the mail...2 multi serving plates..just got one in the mail also!

My mom went with my grandmother, bought things off the registry...went back with her friend and what my grandmother bought earlier wasnt off the registry. Isnt that the point of a registry!!!!!!!??? i got a lot of duplicates.

If the person at the register doesn't scan the registry it won't come off... I think it only happened with one or two things I got. .

I went to BBB in Westbury and unfortuately had to hold up the line b/c the cashier did not know where to find the registry info off my list. She tried to suggest just to give a gift receipt. I politely insisted she take it off the registry!
