K, im registered at both... but what is good to register for at Fortunoff vs BB&B? I see they have a lot of the same stuff, but did you find one was better than the other with certain items?

Re: BBB vs. Fortunoff
I hated the bedding at Fortunoff's but I'm not sure how good it is at BBB.

I registered at both too. I did MOST of my stuff (kitchen, bathroom) things like that at BBB. Anything that they had at both places I did there. My China and silverware I did at Fortunoff. I did this b/c I wanted people to be able to use the 20% coupons at BBB and I like the return policies. They give you no problems. They are also MUCH closer to me thatn Fortunoff

I registered at both, because family lives all across the country. I registered for kitchen stuff at BBB and for crystal and china and bedding at Fortunoffs.

I registered at both too...I did my casual china, luggage, bakeware at Fortunoff and EVERYTHING else at BB&B...I found that BB&B prices were lower than Fortunoff and for the exact same items.

Re: BBB vs. Fortunoff
I registered at both Plus Linens & things.
Fortunoffs has my formal placesettings (not any more, cuz someone bought them ) and my stemware & my flatware. They also have my knife set that I wanted (our kitchen is Black & Chrome & I found a black block with crome-handled knives there.)
BBB has my bedding the knick nack stuff, like the decorative bowls & such
Linens & things has my table dressing & some other gadget kind of stuff.

Re: BBB vs. Fortunoff
I registered at Fortunoff's and Macy's. Fortunoff's has a lot of different knick knacky stuff & cute everyday accessories. We did a lot of our kitchen appliances and accessories, stainless flatware, etc. Also, they were the only place that had the old fashioned espresso pot and demitasse cups. Macy's didn't have as much as a selection so we did our china, sheets & towels, etc. there. We were thinking of doing BBB as well but we figured 2 places was enough!

Re: BBB vs. Fortunoff
I registered for china, crystal, bedding and small appliances at Fortunoff and I registered for everyday-type stuff, bedding, other appliances at LNT.
If your register at 2 places, try to give a nice mix of things and prices at both places.

Re: BBB vs. Fortunoff
i think youo register for your china, glasswear and everyday dishes at fortunoffs because when you order these items online they often give you a deal like buy one get one 1/2 off or give you a bowl with a setting. i was able to get all of my china from fortunoffs buy one get one 1/2 off on line.

I registered for most of my everyday stuff at BB&B and small appliances that fortunoffs did not have. At fortunoffs, I registered for good china, luggage ans some more appliances, pictureframes and other goodies.

I registered at Both. But, at BBB you can return anything without your receipt and you get cash back only if it was on your registry!
