I totally agree with you. I know news 12 is now looking for brides... This is a nightmare

Did News 12 give you any info about why the store is actually closed? How did you find out they're asking for brides to come forward?

If this is the case that News 12 wants brides to come forward I suggest you all do so because that is the only way you will get something done. In the meantime if I were you I would either call the designer as someone did and see if they can ship t he dress directly to you or look for it else where.

honestly, now that I think back on it I got married 3 months ago and I almost didnt get my dress things kinda make sense. The only odd thing is about a month ago I got a mass email from some salesperson there asking if I knew anyone to work there to be attendant or something. You need to be firm in these situtations call the designer.

Well this doesn't shock me one bit. They did the SAME exact thing out here in AZ, except they actually closed down.

I haven't seen my dress, heard about it, or seen a DIME of my money. Jerry refused to give me her number when she called me from a blocked number, so I have no way of getting in contact with her. I just called the store in Manhasset, and like the rest of you, have gotten a mailbox that is full.

Can someone FM me the info regarding News 12 wanting brides to come forward? Thanks

I called them directly and this guy got on the phone and asked me if I was a bride that gave them money. He's trying to get to the bottom of this (am guessing because another store in another state closed down)
So he said that if I knew of other brides to let them know so they can come forward. He's trying to get to the bottom of it all.

This is what I was told.

I would def go forward toc. . b/c one it might help you get your dress, or your money back and maybe even if the salon does not do it, the designer or someone else will help you out. . at the very least you might be able to alert other girls . . . fingers crossed for both (all?) of you. I read that if any company goes bankrupt, you won't be seeing a penny from them....

How much did you put down? I mean I know it doesnt matter b/c it's money (and of course the stress AND your dress) but did you pay for the whole thing?
