Oh no! You never know with vendors. I hired my photog off the recommendation of one of my friends that had a great experience with him. He was amazing at the wedding and took beautiful photos but when it came time to the follow up and production part of the job- he was terrible. Same thing, I couldn't reach him for weeks/months at a time, sent him emails, texts, facebooks and no responses. I am pretty easy going, just let me know whats going on and I'm happy but after months of him telling me my albums were 'in the mail' and struggling to reach him I finally had to threaten to sue him and I actually got them- over a year after the wedding! I never even got my parent albums but I was done being stressed so I just figured it a loss, I have the high res images so I'll jut make them myself on shutterfly or something. Just goes to show you never really know. Good luck!
