Hello everyone! I am recently engaged (3 weeks!) and we started venue shopping. We really want a beach wedding, but it seems like options are limited. There are plenty of waterfront venues, however we really want a beach. We looked at Gurney's and Atlantica (LOVED IT!- but we want to look further) this weekend, and we are going to check out the Crescent Beach Club. Does anyone have any other suggestions??? My FH's family is mostly from out of town (CO, IL, WA), and a majority of my family is from the Smithtown area with a few relatives from FL... We met with Lisa at Atlantica and she was awesome... she suggested we rent houses on Dune Rd- my FMIL was very receptive to the idea which I was so happy about, and my mom thinks it's great too! We're going to make sure we check out all of our other options before we make a decision, but I'm feeling anxious! I can't wait to send save-the-dates! lol
