Beacon restaurant in NYC

Has anybody ever been there? It is on West 56th in Manhattan. I made reservations a week ago for FH and I for tonight. I am just curious about any feedback.

They are fabulous.. I used to work right next door.. Be sure to have an appetite.. they will stuff you!! lol

EXACTLY!! you will be SOO full.. try and head over to Town (loungey type place) afterwards if you can.. very cool place .. it's on the same side of hte street towards 5th avenue.

Thanks for the suggestion!! I was just online looking for a place to go afterwards. I used to work in that neighborhood and I have never been to Town!! Thanks!!!

but if you guys aren't in that kind of mood and are feeling a little frisky and want some privacy DEF head over to Flute!!! you can get your own little booth-like spot and NO ONE will bother you.. that place is great..

I used to work on 56th between 5 & 6 ave..

I used to work in the Newsweek building. 57th and Broadway.
