Beauty plan
Hey ladies! So now that it's almost 7 months to my wedding...I want to start doing some different things to take care of my skin/hair/teeth, etc. so I'm not trying to do things right around the wedding! Has anyone started doing anything different?I'm very into all natural things, so any recommendations like that are great, and also any products you've tried that you feel like have helped with your hair/skin/face/teeth etc. would be great!!

I am a fellow natural product lover and I actually take vegan prenatal vitamins for my nails and hair. My hairdresser could tell right away that I was doing something different. Also, I have been doing oil pulling which is when you take coconut oil (you may be able to use other oils I just love coconut oil) and swish it around in your mouth for 10-20 minutes; it pulls the toxins from your mouth which has a bunch of health benefits but it also gets rid of stinky breath and whitens a little. I haven't notice much whitening but I don't do it that much; I do it more for the health benefits. I also brush with baking soda every once in a while which makes my teeth whiter. I recently read that the malic acid found in strawberries, when mixed with baking soda, makes a great all natural whitener.

Re: Beauty plan
Thanks so much!! I'm definitely going to look into the vegan prenatal vitamins...is there a specific brand you use?I actually started oil pulling about two months ago and I LOVE it. I do it about 5-6 times a week in the morning. It has whitened my teeth a little bit, but not drastically.
I've heard of the baking soda but never actually tried it - so I think I'm going to try that and I I may have to try the malic acid mixed with baking soda.
Thanks so much for the tips! :)

I've started taking biotin, like the other girls, and have been trying to be more consistent with deep conditioning my hair...I want to start a teeth whitening regimen, but when I tried white strips in the past, they made my teeth wayyy too sensitive!
I tried oil pulling over the summer, but was too impatient to see results...maybe I should try again.
I have also focused on being more dedicated to my yoga routine so I don't freak out when it comes time for my first dress fitting...
