BED BATH AND BEYOND BRIDES

Someone had posted that BB&B has changed their policy and is no longer giving cash back if you return a gift that you refceive off your registry.

I went to BB&B in Westbury to exchange some broken mugs I received at my Shower and the manager said that BB&B still gives you cash back if you return and item that you registered for. If you return an item that you recieved at your shower which you didnot register for then you get store credit.

yup! that's how it goes. i was just at the westbury one today and returned 1 thing from my registry and 1 thing not from my registry. I got cash and a credit.

Re: BED BATH AND BEYOND BRIDES

Odd, i would think it would be the other way around and they would give you $$ for the stuff you didn't want - not the stuff you basically told people you wanted!

Re: BED BATH AND BEYOND BRIDES

I just registered last week at BBB and I asked about the policy. They said if it was on your registry and you are returning, you will get cash back. If it's not on your registry you will get a store credit.
