They fihished yesterday. We're so happy with it and cannot believe how much more room we have. We spent the whole day cleaning the whole upstairs since there was dust EVERYWHERE from the construction

Togetherforever: I give you guys A LOT of credit!!! The demo is the biggest pain in the ass The contractor included the demo in his price (which was extremely reasonable) so Peter decided not to do it. Had the contractor wanted a lot more $$ for the demo (which most did) he would've done it himself. Good Luck! Please post pics when it's done

Marcela it looks gorgeus!!!!!!!! Who were the contractors, did you like them? Are they in Queens also? I have my own bathroom fiasco, that I need to get a handle on

Hi: sorry I didn't see this before. The contractor is a friend of a friend. He did a bathroom for a friend of ours and that friend passed along his phone number. We really liked him and his workers. He's a very nice man. The only thing (it didn't bother us at all, but just wanted to give you a heads up) is that he has a very thick accent so sometimes it's a little difficult to understand him. But he really is a sweet man and will try really hard to get his point across if he's saying something you don't understand.

So does he do bathrooms often? Is he a regular contractor or is it strictly because you are a friend of a friend? Did u find his price reasonable? O lord i have tons of questions.....sorry

I will post pics. I still have not developed the before pics, but as soon as it's all done, I will post the before and after pics. The contractor said he is starting next week...and I hope he does!! He said he was going to start two weeks ago, but he moved it til next week....we shall see

I was really suprised that our contractor started on time since the contractor that did the siding delayed us for a little while Unfortunately that's the way this business is

Marcela - It looks great, so clean and fresh, I have a question about the shower doors, we were thinking about doing something like that -do they open fully or is the toilet in the way? I think our toilet is too close. Thanks so much!
