I am sorry but I really think that its sad that some of us have to defend our hall choices. Not all of us are having a big lavish affair. i chose my hall because I thought the rooms were intimate and I loved the view rather than having big open rooms where my small number of guests would seem even smaller.
Sometimes I look at the comments that some say (not just about CH but in general) and I wonder if they remember that other people made differnt picks and feelings amy get hurt but some of the comments........my advice is if it aint nice.....FM.....but only do that if you care about your fellow LI wedding 'friends' and dont mind hurting feelings.

I think that saying is true for every vendor on this site, you don't to put down one vendor to make another seem better. People just need to realize that not everyone has the same tastes that's just the way life is. One experience, good or bad, does not dictate anything. Congrats on booking your hall, and I know that you will have a BEAUTIFUL day.

Look on the bright side, at least you don't have one person in particular on these boards who seems to be on a rampage to drive business away from your hall like I do. I notice now that she sticks to FM after I reemed her once, but everytime someone posts a question on my hall she posts FM to the person even though she has no clue what she is talking about.

I saw Jennbaby's pics and the Coral House looks like a beautiful place. If someone has something bad to say about it, oh well. Like the girl I speak of above, they probably have no clue !!!

p.s. - sorry about my vent above in advance I , like you just cannot stand the garbage people put out. I try to take my own advice and ignore it.

Its the people that have to put others down to make themselves feel better, they ruin things for everyone else. Who cares what people think? Your hall is beautiful and I'm sure your day will be as well.
