But what RH are best for May-Sept weddings. I am looking to get married around Memorial Day weekend and would love to have a cocktail hour outside and windows at the reception hall for a nice view...

We're getting married at Water's Edge w/ fantastic views of New York City! Cocktail hour outside and the food is AMAAAAAAZING! FM if you want more info

Atlantica - hands down my favorite. Right on the beach, tented cocktail hour, ballroom with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the ocean.
What do you mean by the 'best'? What is it exactly that you're looking for? Do you want a waterview, the city skyline, gardens?? And what area are you looking in?
All of these things will help us help you. There are so many great RH out there, it's hard to pick out just one!!

FH and I loved Chateau La Mer but decided against it beacsue, we felt, it was for more of a spring summer wedding place. They have a beautiful section outside for the cocktail hour and a yacht brings teh couple in for teh grand entrance. The prices were very reasonable too. Definitely check them out.

we got married at westbury manor on memorial day weekend and it was beautiful. our ceremony and CH were both outside in the gardens and the room for the reception had lots of windows looking outside into the gardens.

I LOVED Palm house at the Botanical gardens. It was my second choice and it would be amazing in the summer or fall

Definatelty look at Chateau La Mer. They have a beautiful outdoor terrace for the CH (right on the water!) and the ballroom has huge windows that look out onto the water. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fantastic.

if you want something unique, check out atlantis marine world aquarium! their outdoor coctail hour was great!

I LOVED Atlantica - Crescent Beach Club is also nice for a summer wedding, but I like Atlantica better.

I am getting married at Lombardi's on the sound.. it is in port jefferson overlooking the sound. Very nice spot.
