But what RH are best for May-Sept weddings. I am looking to get married around Memorial Day weekend and would love to have a cocktail hour outside and windows at the reception hall for a nice view...

Were getting married at the westbury manor. They have beautiful gardens and were having the cocktail and Viennese hour outside. Hopefully it doesn't rain!!!

THe Old Field Club has a beautiful outside deck overlooking the water
Hamlet Willow Creek also has a beautiful outside deck that overlooks the golf course and a mini lake... there are windows all along the back wall
Lomardis on the Sound also has an amazing view!

seeing your review...which I must admit I probably look at daily made me like CLM right away.
I must admit everything about your wedding was amazing. I have one question---
where did you take the pics of you and DH on the beach? was that right at CLM? Cause I wasnt sure if CLM was just off the dock and had a water view without the being able to walk on the actual beach?!

The pics at the beach were taken about 5 mins from CLM... you can actually see it from that beach. It's called Venetian Shores... i'm not even 100% sure how to tell you to get there, my DOC had the directions and everything.
