Best halls for summer wedding

Original post by cbcf

Ok...sorry ladies if this was already asked.

I am new to this site....lol

But what RH are best for May-Sept weddings. I am looking to get married around Memorial Day weekend and would love to have a cocktail hour outside and windows at the reception hall for a nice view...

thanks ladies!!

Chateau La Mer - on the water and that BOAT RIDE! I pray it doesn't rain on my day! or anyone's day at CLM for that matter!

I got married at Giorgio's and I think it would be lovely for a summer wedding.

I also agree that Lombardi's on the SOund would be good too.

And Atlantica is supposed to be nice, but they don't do weekend weddings in the summer (I believe just July and August though)

OMG!! Thank you all so much!! now I can't wait to look into these places.

We are looking to invite around150-200 people the most. And our budget is no higher than 110$ I mean I want it on a Sat night or Sun since it will be Memorial Day weekend.

And I am understanding that it will cost more than having it on a friday or saturday during the day.

thanks girls!!!

Harbor Club in Huntington!

I second that. I was at a June wedding there in '05 and it was the perfect setting. My friend also said she paid under $100 pp because she chose to have it during the day on a Saturday.

You should check out the Riviera...I'm biased, but the price is right...

I agree! I went to an early Sept wedding here and it was gorgeous. The cocktail hour was beautiful! The ceremony was so pretty with the sun setting in the background!!

The Surf Club--thats where I am having it. We are getting married outside on the private beach in front of the gazebo. Our cocktail hour is outside on a cobblestone patio overlooking the beach and ocean. Its gorgeous!!
