My favorite gifts I received at my shower are the special themed baskets my mom and sister made for me They made me a huge holiday basket filled w/ decorations for each holiday. Also, a wine basket filled w/ bottles of wine for every important night in our future(wedding night, anniversary, 1st dinner party).
My mom also bought all the towels off my registry and made me a beautiful towel cake. My bm's also did the lingerie clothes line which I really liked, but idk if your godmother would want to do that.
I gave my FSIL a Channa plaque for her shower which received a lot of OOhs and AAAAHs. Her FH hung it up already which makes me really happy. I'm glad they liked it.
Love the themed baskets. Who wouldn't love getting wine. lol
