Free or not? What is compatible, what has a good variety of music, if it costs $$ what sites have the best deals?

can you upload the music from CDs for free?? If so, the library usually has a TON of cds that you can take out...
Yes, you can upload any CDs you want onto Itunes for free.

iTunes is great. As far as freebies, I always noticed once I use those sites, my computer goes wacky and I get all the spyware and stuff. Hate all those pop-ups! So I'd rather just pay 99 cents a song!

Im scared of the free stuff because they have virus attached to the them that came mess up your computer. I had this experience with Kazaa. I have Limewire on my mom's computer because it is older but Im scared to do it on my new computer. A young man that works for geek squad told me that people who download free music on their computers make him rich because he is constantly going out to fix computers because of this.
