I just went to look up a company and it said you have to pay for the information...

I always thought it was free..

Has everyone else paid for the reports??

I never had to pay. I go online, and put the company name. They don't give worlds of info, but they give the basics, and # of complaints, etc. ..

What company were you trying to look up? I can try for you if you want.

I just filed one about our dryer repair company and did it online. They sent me a letter back saying they are investigating it. I dont have the exact website, but if you do a search for the BBB I am sure you will find it. Good luck!!!
