BEWARE OF POTHOLES!!!!!
I hit one on the LIE Sunday night coming home from dinner with friends - my passenger-side tire in the front hit it, causing my driver-side side airbag to go off - and me to nearly have a heartattack!...
what a mess - now i need a new tire, new rim, new airbag, new sensor/comp thing for my side air bags, new seat cover (that where it comes out of apparently!) and all this other stuff.
it sux! i have never had to call my insurance company for anythign before but now they are fighting it out with my dealer and i have no car (well, except for dh's which we are sharing!) for at least the week while they repair it! and there was nothing i could do...the hole didn't even look that big but apparently i hit at exactly the perfect angle...and you could see on the road after that i have not been the only one....its incredulby deep and there are skid marks all over around there!
so be careful - potholes can apparently be very dangerous and/or a pain in the butt!![]()
