I just got this email from my friend- this is SO SCARY! I emailed them to unsubscribe and just handwrote a letter.
The only cool feature is you can find some balsts from your past but they can find you too as well as freaks! Just had to share this: I am adding the link to the bottom of the page- so you can check on your selves and loved ones.
Beginning this month (May '05) a new database will be available to the general public, free of charge, that displays your personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, birth dates). The database is found at www.zabasearch.com. I urge you to forward this email to family and friends. Check to see if your name and information is in their database. If so and you want it removed, send them an e-mail at [email protected] to request it be removed. I do not know how our names are appearing there, but I checked my own and a few other random ones, and they are all in this database!

Crismicka, thanks for posting this. I wasn't worried because I know that this is all public knowledge. I was wondering what the background checks provided and this just eases me more.

All of the listings under my name is some chick in Nebraska
I doubt anyone would want to stalk me, but if they do I hope they go all the way out to Nebraska to be disappointed.
