Big problem

My girls have ordered J crew dresses in deep atlantic. 2 have gotten them, 2 have ship dates soon, but then 2 more were told they couldn't fulfill the order because they have run out of fabric. I don't know what to do. I'm looking on Ebay and stuff, but if anyone knows anyone who has a short sophia silk dress in deep atlantic and is looking to sell, please let me know.

imm so osrry..i will def keep an eye out for u maybe u can ask the j crew to do the same..they have connectionns to other j crews i guess..if they really cant get the dress is there anyway to return those dresses with the rule of buying something else for everyone at j crew? would u be oposed to those 2 wearing sometihing similar but not exact?

What sizes do you need anyway? BC according to J. Crew they only have that color available in a size 14. Expected to ship 1.8.09. Could you order them and get them tailored? Is that even an option?

Thanks again! I only need one size 8, the girl that needs it contacted a seamstress who said a 14 would be too much to change. The problem is they claim they have run out of fabric in the whole US. I put in a request to speak to their bridal department and basically said that we have already purchased 6 need 1 more, but if they can't produce 1 more we'll have to return all 6. They do take returns, so hopefully that may motivate them to see if they can find one dress.
