We have prob heard this warning a million times, but never think it will happen to us.... Well, with 9 days to go, I had to kick out a bm from the wedding completely... Someone who I had reservations about before I even chose her, but did it anyway bc she really seemed like she was going to care... Someone who rarely called me, had trouble getting in contact with, was inappropriate at my shower, spent most of her time on my bach weekend with some guy and not with our group, and all the while denying any drug probs which is obvious she had... Someone who really needed to help themselves before they could help me in my big day...
So my word of advice, if you feel iffy about someone, save yourself ALOT of heartache, and DO NOT make them a bm/gm...

I was kicked out of a bridal party for an Oct 2010 wedding. I understand what your saying but in my case the bride was psycho. goodluck
