My FSIL and FFIL have been there. They said it's intense and they never sweat so much in their lives.

There was a coupon in the neighborhood coupon thingy for a 10 day trial membership for $20 plus $20 credit if you join (but don't know if you also pay per class).

I have yet to haul my butt over there and am now thinking on doing a 'curves' type place to tone for the wedding (running out of days!!!!)

I went for the first time last week. It is $12 per class and walk ins are welcome. I liked it as an addition to having another workout. I hope to go back.
