Birth Certificate/Social Security Card

Anyone know of a website where I can find and purchase this for FH who lost both? TIA

Try the new york state website. I think its www.ny.state.gov or something like that (do a google search). I know your birth certificate you can mail $15-$25 to an address in the city and you will get a copy back in about 3-4 weeks.
