black colored signature cocktail

we get 2 signature cocktails with our package. and i would love to stick with my color scheme
i have a fabulous purple cocktail that i cant wait to use...but am curious if i can find a GOOD tasting black one...
i also dont drink, so this is going to complicate things even further...

someone recommended sambuca - which ive heard is DISGUSTING no matter what you put in it. what are your thoughts?

and theres also patron xo cafe - but im not sure if that will make a good 'pre-dinner' cocktail as its coffee flavored....anyone have opinions on that?

or can anyone recommend something that might actually taste good??

Sambuca is fine if you like the taste of licorice (yuck). Patron xo cafe is very tasty and if you are going for a coffee taste, check out the Van Gogh vodka espresso. I also found a recipe online you might want to check out

they make black vodka! Blavod!

I looked into this but decided against the black drink, didn't think it would look appetizing lol. What about a blush color or clear?

(this one sounds similar to black cat)
50ml Blavod Original Black Vodka
4 frsh cherries (de-stoned)
1/2 lime
2 bar spoons vanilla sugar
Muddle solids with sugar. Add vodka and churn through crushed ice. Crown with fresh crushed ice and garnish with two black cherries

40ml Blavod Original Black Vodka
20ml Chambord

Stir all the ingredients except the cream and strain into a chilled 5oz/6oz coupette (no ice) and float double cream on top. Garnish with a fresh black cherry.
