I wanted to do black dresses with a fushcia sash and bright flowers.

if it's an evening wedding and the dresses aren't 'heavy' i think it would work.

i think black works for any time of the year as it is classic and elegant. and if you are adding bright colors to it i think its perfect.
Remeber the GMs are almost always in black too no matter what time of year

Yes its an evening wedding. Church at 3 and CH at 7. I was planning on getting chiffon dresses.

I was in my MOH's wedding in August 09 and we wore black dresses and had pink flowers and it was a sunday afternoon. It looked great. FM me is you want to see pics!

deff! i was in my brothers wedding last july and we were in black dresses! she did an all black & white wedding with hints of red. it was nice!
