black for shower dress?

is this ok to do?

i just thought...im gonna be in white in 2 months so black would be nice...its dressy...but im the bride....i suppossed to be dressy...lol

Sure, why not? I looked at a few all black dresses. My dress was black and white.

I don't see why not. The dress I originally bought for my shower was black, but then my mom saw another that she liked better for me and bought it lol.
