'Black tie' DJ?

'Black tie' DJ?

Are there any DJ's out there that are just so classy that they can fit in with a really formal evening wedding? Any suggestions? Please, nothing bar mitzvah-y.

I know..2 years engaged and I can't decide the band v. DJ issue!

I've been to several black tie events with a DJ. The DJ company we met with last night I think would be great. They were very classy - very anti-cheese.

Tom from Spin Around Sound. They're a vendor here. I'm hesitant to recommend them because we're not going with them. We're going with a friend who is a celeb DJ that is gifting us his time. Otherwise we definitely would have gone with Tom, esp for his price.

Two other suggestions that we were considering before we lowered our budget...both were wonderful, though I was leaning towards Dina.

DJ Johnny Stuart - http://www.jstuartonline.com/

HTH!

Consider a DJ who may have some pieces of live music and/or a singer. I've seen a couple of Sinatra singers and they can be wonderful.

Try Music by Micheal. He is a low key DJ.
