What information did you put on the blocked room information card?

the wingate inn gave me inserts

it included directions..the effective dates for the discount and the number to call to make the reservations..and the code of course

i think that was pretty much it

We're doing the Pockets and all were putting is the discount code and the Hotel Name, Address, and Phone #

I put the phone # and address (duh), the rate for the room and the name the rooms are blocked under.

I also provided numbers for alternative hotels just in case the Fox Hollow was too expensive for some.
