blusher veil and having your hair messed up

blusher veil and having your hair messed up

Can anyone who wore or is planning to wear a blusher give me some advice about hair styles?

I think I want to wear my hair in a chingnon (low bun) and sweep my bangs to the side, but I'm afraid my hair will get totally messed up. (My dad is a bit nervous about being 'responsible' for my hair too).

thanks!

I wore my hair all up in curls that were pinned down. I also wore a blusher and had no problem with it. I don't have the best pics here, but these kind of show the front and side you can sort of get an idea. I think if your hair is secured properly you shouldn't have a problem. My dad and I practiced too.

Some hair dressers actually have some suggestions. Depending on how you want to wear your hair, some brides are putting the start of their veil in the middle of their bun/or mass of curls at the top of ther head so some of the hair is showing in the front and then starts the veil. I plan on wearing a blusher with my hair all up, but I'm going to put the veil in front of my hair. Even though my hair will be covered up, for me it gives a more elegant look with my dress. It just all depends how ou feel comfortable. Your hair stylist will definitely work with you

I wore a blusher - my hair was fine...

Here is a picture with it on, then one later after it was off...

Me too!!! I am sorry worried about my bangs getting messed up. I'm very anal when it comes to that, I can't really stop to look in a mirror when I get to the front of the aisle!
